About Creative REI Maitland

Creative REI Maitland, LLC is a Nashville, Tennessee real estate investment company owned and operated by Connor Maitland. We purchase residential land and teardown properties in Nashville and Davidson County, often working alongside Clear Creek Development on new construction.

We are local investors, not a national call center. When we reach out to property owners — by mail, phone, or text message — it is to ask whether they would consider a direct cash offer on their property. There is never any obligation, and owners can opt out of communication at any time.

Our approach

• Straightforward, no-pressure conversations
• Transparent offers based on local land values
• Respect for every owner's privacy and communication preferences
